ZPC Otmuchów S.A., headquartered in Otmuchów with facilities located in the South-West of Poland, specializes in the production and sale of sweets. The company places great importance on conducting its business in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.
We believe that the growth of our company should go hand in hand with care for the planet, communities, business relationships, and consumers.
Our Sustainable Development Policy forms the foundation of our actions, helping us achieve long-term goals related to environmental responsibility, business ethics, and social justice.

Reducing the negative environmental impact:

We want the raw materials used in production — including cocoa, coffee, palm oil, soy, paper, cardboard, and other ingredients — to come from responsible and sustainable sources.

SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION
1. REDUCING ENERGY AND WATER CONSUMPTION
In our production facilities, we regularly monitor energy and water usage, implementing optimization systems and investing in more energy-efficient technologies.
2. WASTE MANAGEMENT
We undertake activities aimed at maximizing material recycling and reducing production waste. As part of this process, we strive to optimize packaging by reducing its volume and material composition.
3. ETHICAL SUPPLY CHAINS
We aim for full transparency in our supply chain. Our intention is to ensure that key raw materials used in the production process — such as cocoa, palm oil, coffee, soy, paper, and cardboard — come from certified suppliers and are sourced from known and controlled origins.

We make every effort not to support practices related to child labor or forced labor.
