Burhan Basar - Member of the Supervisory Board of ZPC Otmuchów S.A. Graduated from Van Atatürk High School Yıldız Polytechnic in civil engineering. He has been professionally involved with Kervan Gida since 1995; between 1995 to 2013 as Member of the Board of Directors, currently as General Manager of Kervan Gida.
Fikret Basar - Member of the Supervisory Board of ZPC Otmuchów S.A. A graduate of the Middle East University of Technology in the field of Mechanical Engineering and the University of Istanbul in the field of Social Sciences. From 2004 professionally associated with Kervan Gıda, he held the positions of Supply Chain Director and General Manager. Since 2012, he has been a Member of the Management Board.
Tayfun Tekbas - Member of the Supervisory Board of ZPC Otmuchów S.A. Graduate of Vistula University in Warsaw. Since 2013 he has been associated with Microsoft / Accenture Services Ltd. Since 2018, he has held the position of Assistant Financial Controller / Senior Accountant, having previously held the position of General Ledger Accountant.
Agnieszka Gocałek - Member of the Supervisory Board of ZPC Otmuchów S.A. Graduate of the Academy of Leadership Psychology at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. She graduated from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu in Nowy Sącz and National Louis University, Wyższa Szkoła Ubezpieczeń i Bankowości (Academy of Finance) in Warsaw, City University Business School London and Akademia Rolnicza in Wrocław. Since 2016 until now, she has been the representative of the TUV Board and Office Director at Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Wzajemnych PZUW. From 2007 until now she has been associated with PZU SA / PZU ŻYCIE as Director of the Office of Bancassurance and Strategic Partnership Programmes and Board Representative for Strategic Partnership Programmes. Previously, she worked as Department Director at Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie EUROPA SA and as Branch Director at Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie GERLING POLSKA SA.
Maciej Matusiak - Member of the Supervisory Board of ZPC Otmuchów S.A. He graduate of Lodz University of Technology in Lodz. He holds a Securities Broker License No. 1203. and a CFA title from the CFA Institute, Charlottesville, USA. He has also completed a number of training courses in financial analysis and investment advisory. He worked as a financial analyst at PKO BP Brokerage House, Daewoo TU S.A. , from 2006 to 2013 he held the position of the President of the Management Board in Artemis Investment Sp.z o.o. He is currently a Member of the Supervisory Board in BBI Development S.A., MLP Group S.A., Drop S.A, LPP S.A. and the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Interbud Lublin S.A.
